Free Tech Support, IT Services & Computer Repair
Need help with a computer problem, network install, device setup, repair, or data recovery in Warwick or elsewhere in Rhode Island? Our program provides real IT services performed free of charge by certified student technicians, with direct instructor oversight from Dustin Landi, who has supported businesses for more than 25 years.
This is not practice work. Our students are certified computer and network technicians with resumes, credentials, references, and real hands-on training. In many cases, they bring more current certifications and structured training than the paid entry-level techs people typically hire.
100% Free
All labor is performed free of charge as part of our commitment to giving back to the community.
Certified Techs
Students earn industry credentials in hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and support.
25+ Years
Every project is backed by an instructor with decades of real-world business IT experience.
Why people should trust our team
When people hire an IT company, they often assume the technician arriving on-site is highly trained. That is not always true. Our students are not random helpers or beginners shadowing a job for the first time. They are students in a highly structured Rhode Island IT program built around real certifications, real standards, and real accountability.
- Certified computer and network technicians
- Instructor-guided work and review
- Students with resumes, references, and documented skills
- Hands-on lab experience with modern equipment
- Professional communication and community service mindset
Why we offer this
This service gives back to the community while helping our students build the kind of real-world experience and professional network that leads to jobs, internships, and long-term success. Clients get honest help. Students get meaningful work. The community benefits from a stronger local IT pipeline.
Larger projects, including network installs and on-site support, may be available depending on scope, scheduling, and instructor approval.

What makes this different from typical IT support
Many people pay for support from companies whose front-line technicians have limited certifications, uneven training, or little accountability beyond closing a ticket. Our students are trained in a structured program where certifications matter, professionalism matters, documentation matters, and quality matters.

- Hands-on repair and networking experience
- Supervised by an instructor who has supported businesses for over 25 years
